Beautiful facility! Much cleaner and better maintained than it was before, I feel more comfortable going into the interior units.
I was a good tenant for over 10 years at this facility. A few years ago there was a roof leak which was repaired quickly and I did not ask compensation for damaged items. Last month with no warning the rent was increased by 70 percent. With no upgrades. This is no way to treat long-term tenants. There were cheaper facilities nearby so I moved out. I spoke with others that did the same.
I have been a tenant of the facility for 10 years, but after the change of ownership, they have increased the rates several times in the last few years, and with this latest increase is nearly double from what I started out paying and just can’t afford it so unfortunately, had to move out! Too bad because it was much more convenient than where I needed to move my storage to.
Aree made the leasing process really smooth for me, especially since I needed accommodations on short notice. Great place.
