Wont let you in when they lose power. No system in place according to the lady on the phone. Its been 5 days totally unacceptable
Spoke to a man name Ben over the phone today, I called because I believe I may have placed my wallet in the bags in one of the donation bins I placed them in. He called me back and proceeded to tell me that they are gone and there’s no way for me to know or not if my wallet was in there. And instead of being sincere or kind he decided to hang up and be rude for absolutely no reason, I will not be donating any of my items here if that’s how truly you treat people.
