Very friendly owners been renting from them for a year now. We go back an forth Bismarck to Rapid city. Just all around clean, gated, security ext. You can go wrong storing your stuff there.
Customer service is a 12 out of a 10 , so helpful and so patient.
Absolutely horrible place. I got a unit here in preparation of starting a small business in rapid city and when I showed up ready to move into the unit I was assigned it was half full of someone else's building q. I was told I could have the unit free for the first 30 day or I could take a bigger unit across from mine for the same price. I spent a good amount of time at my unit in preparation of opening my business.
