I was the Manager for Storage City for 7 years and we had floods in the storage facility often. The owner never wanted to fix the problems. Don't rent from Storage City. Storage items will get damaged.
Only had my dirt bike in there for 2 months and it got stolen.Doors are open 24/7 I was told the door had a security code but it’s unlocked 24/7 I was told it was secured and had cámaras but none of them worked. And just like that I lost 5 thousand dollars that I worked hard for. And all the business was done by a midle man.I am not the only one .
