I’ve had a unit here for a many years now, before the gate was installed. I like the added security. I think the gate is available between 5am-10pm. I wish it was 24/7. The lot can get a bit muddy. When it rains, I can tell a lot of water passes through the section where my unit is, heading towards the creek. The fence is a bit disheveled from it.
