Update renter beware!! Rodent infestation. Finally moved out of the unit only to find my belonging have mice rat droppings and nest. Of course went to lay go final payment and once again website not working and had to stop as it was trying to take multiple payments again. . Ridiculous management who is never in the office I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone. Looking for personal friendly service? This is not the place for that. Management lacks a lot to be desired. Always closed and unhelpful. Today I was hung up on after being threatened and yelled at. She treated me like I was a child yelling over the phone after confronted her lies. She sent out a Dunn letter after 30 days for auctioning off my storage unit when her website charged me $990 in one day when all I owed is $155. What a scam !! Rudest company I have ever dealt with, thought about getting a unit and was told that signing the contract would make seal the deal. I decided I did not want the unit so I did not sign and then got numerous emails saying I was late on payment for a contract that never got signed, I then proceeded to tell them to leave me alone and got a seething mocking email saying I was going to be blacklisted and to "have an amazing day" Extremely unprofessional do not give these people your buisiness!
