5 STARS! In-between my move from KY to IN, I needed a storage unit for a few months so I contacted Storage Center Plus. The process was so easy & I was able to secure a unit and gain access to my unit all on my own, using their website & app! These guys have been wonderful, always responding promptly when I’ve reached out for assistance & I appreciate that in a business. I would definitely rent a unit from this business again!
Stored my Corvette there for a few months, easy pull in to with plenty of room and didn't worry about anything happening to it and being secured. Unit was easy to get into with automatic locks. Brad was great getting me started, very friendly, will use again. Give them a visit,
I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but this place deserves one. Clean facility, easy access, and the staff treated us like good people instead of just another payment. Everything was well kept, and the whole process was stress free. Was impressed with the reliability. No surprises and no headaches which is hard to find these days. If you need a storage facility you can trust with your belongings, I’d highly recommend this one. Good honest business.
Great renting process and hands on from the owner! The prices are reasonable, the spaces are clean, and the area is nice! We were offered a walk through of the spaces (took him up on it), got the prices right away so no haggling and back and forth. You could really tell the owner cared about the best choices for our needs, and he wasn’t just money grabbing. Great experience — 10/10!
I had an excellent experience with this storage facility from start to finish. The property is locally owned and operated, and it really shows in the level of customer service they provide. Brad and Hunter were fantastic to work with. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They even took the time to chat with my 12 year old son, which was a small gesture that meant a lot. I rented a unit in one of the newer buildings, and the facility is incredibly clean.
