I’ve had a lot of storage units throughout my years and I would have to say this is by far the best! The electronic locks are a game changer! I locked my phone in my storage unit and the Owner was able to unlock my unit remotely while he was away from the facility! I can’t recommend them enough!
Just signed up. So far, so good. Very smooth online experience. Hunter and Brad were also very helpful via text and phone when I had questions on-site. Got everything moved in easily with the flatbed dolly provided. Thanks a bunch!
Brad is a lifesaver. He is always able to help even if we’re working over the phone. He has been able to get me access to multiple storage units in minutes. Couldn’t have done this move without 551 Storage. Very convenient, very easy to access. I would recommend 551 for your storage needs.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this storage facility. The phone access feature for the doors is incredibly convenient and makes getting in and out quick and easy. Had to move recently and this place is slick. Have a climate controlled 10x10 and it was perfect for all I have. Easily signed up online at 2 in the morning, downloaded the app and started the next day. I even left my unit open overnight and recieved a text with photos and telling me that they had shut it for me. Very secure, very nice people. Highly recommended
