Been getting ripped off for over a year now, rats in storage and they increased the 10x20 unit from 130.00 to 194.00! They will do it to you as well! Door is all jacked up… never have they called or fixed it! Payment has been due on 26th for well over a year… now it’s the 21st! I just moved and needed a refrigerator asap. Jasmine Silva went above and beyond to make sure I had one in a timely manner. I will definitely rent or own from them again. Thank you, Jasmine!
This is a terrible storage place. DO NOT USE. They lured me in with an $80 promotion only to raise my rent to $134 a few months later. Then only to raise it again to $180. They have no manager on site and are only jacking up rent to pay for the new units they are building. Not a good place to rent from in my opinion.
Clean facility. Carts to Help make moving stuff in and out super easy. The attendants are great and so helpful.
Bharath was wonderful helping me navigate my payment method online and stayed on the phone to make sure I completed my payment.
