I’m leaving this review because I hope management will reconsider how they communicate with customers before resorting to towing. To be clear, our company vehicle was parked in the wrong space. I’m not disputing that it needed to be moved. What I do question is the communication process. I was told multiple phone calls were made and that a paper notice was placed on the vehicle. Website very easy to navigate. Many unit sizes to fit most needs. Location of facility and unit quite secure.
