READ YOUR CONTRACT! They tried to keep my money. I paid ahead, I wanted to make sure I wouldn't have any payment issues. When leaving I asked for my remaining rent, after paying to have the unit cleaned out, after confirming it was cleared and clean they refused. I had to read the contract, that states you are entitled to your unused rent and mention Consumer affairs, once I did that I got an angry text and my refund.
