5 plus rating. The facility is clean. It is a 24/7 open facility. When you call the help line there are friendly knowledgable staff. To open up a unit it maybe a little confusing at first as you need to go online and reserve a unit. Then go back and purchase and sign contracts. If you are not computer savy just call the help line they are awesome. It is a no frills storage facility. There is no staff on sight and a great value. I would highly recommend.
It's Clean and the price is Great also my belongings is safe here .
I like that it's inside and climate controlled HOWEVER, my unit is upstairs and all the way to the back. There isn't an elevator to help get stuff upstairs, the door to the units has to be closed all the time which means you can't prop the door open to make trips you have to continuously open the door for each item if you're alone. There isn't anyone on site to ask any questions or if a problem arises. But for the price and the area of town guess it's ok
Unit was very clean and well lit. The people I spoke, both Pedro and Adriana, with were so courteous and friendly. I can’t thank them enough for the help they gave me. They are one of the reasons I recommend Otter Storage.
