Melissa did a great job with customer service. Unfortunately Otter Self Storage charges far too much. They came into our town, bought all of the available local storage and, over a few years, have increased prices by 150%.
Destiny was very helpful and had a great phone presence. Exceptional service and made it easy. But you guys should fire her sobi can hire her for my customers. Great job
