Terrible Sustomer Service I did not even have to go into the storage facility to realize how rude their customer service operators are. I spoke with the gentleman at the Lake Mead Storage@ Summerlin for a brief 2 minute time in which he made me feel as though I was imposing throughout the entire telephone conversation.
