This was the worst experience I have ever had in my entire time renting storage space. Let start with how unprofessional the General Manager Ally was she started off easy to reach and deal with. By day two she was in bearable. First I was text message being yelled at and threatened. Someone was allowed to go into my storage and steal things. Then I guess to make up for it she offered to credit my account then took it back. I was locked out of my storage for 3weeks out of four weeks. 5 stars to the entire 365 Team! Every time I walk in it’s nothing but good vibes! They always answer any questions or concerns I have in a jiffy. A special shoutout to Heather, she was the first person I met from the team and is the reason why I decided to chose to get a storage with Storage 365.

Hi, this is Jessica Knightes. I am renting a unit here and I had called in this morning with a lot of questions. Cysilee was filling in at this office and after answering, my questions took my frustrations out on her and I apologized. Then she called back and Cysilee was able to resolve all of my issues and plus some she is amazing and gave me multiple discounts and just released a lot of pressure on me and stress.
