This was the worst experience I have ever had in my entire time renting storage space. Let start with how unprofessional the General Manager Ally was she started off easy to reach and deal with. By day two she was unbearable. First she sent me a message the message was for another customer of hers in that message had all kinds of personal information that only that person should know. Someone was allowed to go into my storage and steal things. Then I guess to make up for it she offered to credit my account then took it befor... read more

This facility has always been clean & Shelby has been very helpful from Day 1. The only issue is the manual bay door is always open. It should be closed each time someone leaves to keep it safe & secure.
