This was the first time I've used a self storage and it turned out to be so easy. I put in my code, gate opened, drove to my storage #, took the tag off, opened the door, unloaded my car, put a lock on the door and left. Couldn't have been easier.
Angel is super nice and friendly. Be aware that they do have mice or rats in the buildings. I've seen one with my own eyes. They say they have pest control but even after moving into another building entirely, we still had droppings and evidence of a rodent.
They were so kind and had everything taken care of!
Angel was very professional, personal and friendly!
