Angel made my U-Haul check in super easy! Very good customer service.
Angel made the whole process quick, simple, and easy! The pricing was so reasonable for just a few hours. I will definitely be using Flex Storage again if I need a U-Haul truck again and will definitely be recommending them!
RATS RATS RATS!!!! Everything we paid to store ($182 per month) was ruined by rat holes- urine- and feces! We paid thousands of dollars to store a brand new mattress- a new couch - dressers and clothing that we had to throw away. EVEN WORSE- the insurance coverage that I purchased with SAFELEASE through Flex Storage is refusing to pay for damage caused by rodents. The rep that I have dealt with at Safelease Insurance is extremely rude and now I have to file lawsuits with them and Flex Storage through the magistrate courts. V... read more
