Years ago, I remember them showing us a unit which had a big gaping hole on the side of it that exposed another persons stuff. Clear totes of trading cards. Anyone in the empty unit could reach into the other person's storage and steal their stuff. They said they were going to patch it up before I moved in, but now it’s already exposed: They use freaking drywall for their partitions that an elbow would bump a hole through AND it's not just someone's couches on the other side. Years ago, I remember them showing a unit that had a big gaping hole on the side of it. I could literally walk intothe the other persons storage and see their stuff. They said they were going to patch it up before I moved in. But now it’s already exposed at all. The uses freaking drywall that a four year-old could spit a hole through. How is anyone OK with that being secure especially with a name like LOK.
Loyal customer for years. Excellent customer service and friendly. Wondering if they have another form of contact. No machine for messages and phone continuously ringing. Hope that is oversight and communication is restored.
