Professional and knows what they are doing. Originally thought I needed a smaller storage, but went with the suggestion after mentioning what I had. If I had gone with the smaller it wouldn't have worked. Just hours after I moved all my stuff out of storage, they contacted me as they wanted to make sure I got my stuff and it wasn't stolen. If I need to store stuff in the future, I know it's safe here.
