The front desk, lady Miss Kim is such a sweet lady. She goes up and above and beyond to help in anyway she could possibly can. Every time I go into my storage unit to take things, she is such a busy little beaver, working away cleaning out units, wiping down walls on the exterior. What an amazing person. You are truly blessed to have her as a member of your staff/team.

The Stor n Lock on Woodmen is BY FAR the best storage facility I have ever used. The manager, Kim, is super efficient, and does a phenomenal job at making sure all buildings are kept extremely clean. All of the units within the buildings still look like they are brand new. I would highly recommend the store and lock on Woodman!
I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to work with Kim. She was knowledgeable, very kind, and helped us out. Give her an award for excellent customer service!
