I don’t have a problem with the facility itself. But the lady behind the desk Is very unapproachable and very unprofessional. Absolutely horrible customer service I won’t rent there ever again.
I've been renting from this place for a while. Several times I've been there during normal office hours and nobody has been there and the door is locked. I also just switched to a bigger unit so there was an overlap of me paying for 2 units. I called to inform them I'm out of the smaller unit and was told they DO NOT PRO-RATE. So I guess that's how they make their money. Apparently it's in the contract so that's my fault for not reading it more closely but what a rip off.
They treat you great! And keep renovating, updating the property to keep it in tip top shape---says me, a former Marine who shows exemplary gratitude with his owner who keeps his her property looking fabulous! Thank you, STOR-N-LOCK storage unit owner! Respectfully, Denny E
