Easy set up online. Great customer service.
I'm staying in Hurricane for about six months and needed to store some stuff to keep it wind & sand free. I have a small unit (perfect size for me) that is tucked behind an outer door in a hallway. This is nice because it keeps my unit cooler and I'm not standing in the sun when I'm using it. I also like the security measures taken when entering or leaving the premises, securing my unit's alarm and not allowing random people to enter the gate without a code. The price was right too, with their great move-in incentives!
I needed to rent a unit for a few months, I rented a small unit and quickly realized I needed another unit. I called and they made sure I was getting the best deal for my money and helped me get a second unit quickly and efficiently. Very happy with my rental and the customer service here.
