Rented a unit for about 3 years while I was out of the country - would come back every year or so and would need access to the unit while home. Everything about it was excellent. My property stayed safe and dry. Had a small issue with an adjoining unit, but they were quick to rectify the situation. Would/will rent again if the need arises.
