Bottom line: significant water damage in the storage unit due to their negligence, a hole in the ceiling. I moved out on 5 days notice. They are insisting I pay for the entire month. I wasn't going to worry about the damaged posessions but after they refused to credit me for the rest of the month after I moved out, I'm changing my mind. The nitty-gritty details: I showed up Sat. Friendly, Clean, Spacious, Safe facility to store my stuff. I've been here on and off (as needed) for 5 years, most recently for 4 months and have never had a problem with my stuff or the staff. I love the 24/7 access and because the place is open and well-lit, I've always felt safe coming here even when it's dark out. It also makes me feel safe to know that management lives on site so there are people around. I've also had my stuff stored here for years with no problems at all but I PAY my bill! Don't blame the management because you don't pay your bill.

This is by far the most unprofessional facility I have ever done business with. I rented here for over a year and the management is not only unfriendly, but downright rude…foreigners who have not been neither introduced to nor educated in the American way of doing business, the first rule of which is to RESPECT THE CUSTOMER. The manager either hates her job, her life or possibly just people in general but she should not be permitted to have customer contact.
