The two women I’ve encountered at the front desk are incredibly rude. Even during simple transactions. Driving in at 515ish and to go into my unit and having the women come out to “remind me” “just so you know we close soon”. Like I don’t know the hours or there is an issue with me coming DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Also, threatening my kids with calling the police and charging them with trespassing simply because they are riding their bikes on the street and use the driveway as a means to turn around is disgusting. Good service, friendly people. Clean areas, No bugs or rodents. Feel safe for my stored things!
Had two units. Never had any bugs or rodents like many of the other storages in the area I've used. Always clean, no one camping out or unwanted traffic. Very friendly staff. Only reason I left is because I moved. 10/10
