I paid my monthly dues and cleaned the unit up nicely and never got my deposit back. I moved to South Carolina and spoke with the office assistant twice and she said that my deposit would be mailed to me and it never was! Greed

They have a problem with rats and mice. And they will lock you out of your storage unit even if you have paid, and then they can't get the code correct to let you back in for days.
