This is the third time I use Stor-it facilities, I love the cleanliness and easy access to storage units. I met Joe for the first time, excellent customer service that at the end of the visit I felt like I knew Joe for a while. You tell him what you want and he knows what you need! The only storage facilities worth paying for. Security and a peace of mind.
This Is the third time i have used Stor-it facilities; staff is great with customer service and doesn’t upsell you with space or storage you don’t need. Cleanliness was the first thing to captivate my sight.
Joe Sr. is so friendly and hospitable, it’s a pleasure doing business with him! This storage facility is well maintained and beautifully kept. They also sell moving supplies and rent U-Haul trucks. Highly recommend this place on Kings Road for storage and moving needs :)

I needed this unit to clear out my mom’s house after she passed. My initial call with Greg in one of the Boise locations was awesome. He was so kind and helpful and got me signed up for exactly what I needed SO FAST. Once I got to the Nampa location on Kings Rd it was 3 minutes before closing time and I tried to open the office door but it was locked (totally expected, I was taking a chance) so I turned to walk toward my car and a very nice fellow opened it up and got me what I needed.
