I found Stor it at 10 mile to be friendly courteous and very helpful and locating me a spot for my RV thank you Kevin for all your help today
I rented a spot on a Saturday right before closing and when I realized the space wasn’t going to work for me, I asked for a refund on Monday morning since the office was closed on Sunday and they said no. I never even moved in or put a lock on the space, so less than 48 hours after renting the space I was out of my first and only month plus admin fee…. I’m Not happy about it!
Professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Clean organized facility.
