We've been a large unit renter since 2009 at the Ten Mile location. Generally it's given us exactly what we need. The recent record setting snow-fall and continued low temps have made it a challenge to manage one of these. But, you still need to think customer service. Consider the 11 months out of a year you simply walk around and make sure the place is neat...during the times that challenge, you should step up.
