Skylar is polite, cheerful, and helpful getting information for me that she did not know off hand - on Monday morning right after opening, no less. On Tuesday when I called back after comparing other places, Nancy was also a pleasure to work with! Evidently, things have improved since the unfriendly help of yesteryear!

Called three days ago was told they had a 12x12 available and they would call me in one to two days after it was inspected to get my information. No call the next day so I called them in the evening on the second day they said sorry we have just been so busy we haven't been able to call but you can come in tomorrow and we can get a copy of your ID. I said that's great see you tomorrow! Go in today and they said that I was never written down for a unit let alone a 12x12. And that if I wanted one Tuesday I should have come in ... read more

Good upkeep of the property. I feel like my stuff is safe with the gate/fence surrounding the property. 24 hour access is nice and convenient. They have a locked box to put after hours payments in.

Really poor management. Verbally berating a customer. If I could give it a zero, I would.
