WARNING!!! After being a customer for over two years, I sent this company my new debit card number on the 2nd of the month and asked to have my rent charged to it. I happened to stop by to check my unit and my passcode didn't work. The girl in the office said that I hadn't paid my rent so I was locked out. I asked if she had my new card number and guess what, they did. They then charged my card plus added a late fee, plus a "pro lien" fee, whatever that is. Not happy with Stor It Here. New management stinks. Smelling a fish. They are not willing to prorate rent upon my exit after two years of being a stellar customer AND they want me to pay rent for a full month / empty room in CASH only?!?!? What's wrong with this picture???? What say you other customers?
