Friendly staff. Affordable.
This Storitall location seems to be closed, or at least not accepting new customers. I've called multiple times during regular business hours + left multiple voicemails across 2 days, but never heard back. Very disappointing, as I've rented with them before even just a couple years ago, being the only storage unit near downtown + UofO campus.
Great location in relationship to UO campus. This was our primary requirement because our student didn't have a car. HOWEVER, my son's unit was broken into over the summer. The thief broke the lock and riffled through his belonging having enough time to pick a chose items to steal. Fortunately there wasn't much that was valuable except his ski equipment which was in a large locked travel case and too big not to be noticed. There were no video cameras in the hallway of his unit.
