This Storitall location seems to be closed, or at least not accepting new customers. I've called multiple times during regular business hours + left multiple voicemails across 2 days, but never heard back. Very disappointing, as I've rented with them before even just a couple years ago, being the only storage unit near downtown + UofO campus.

Great location in relationship to UO campus. This was our primary requirement because our student didn't have a car. HOWEVER, my son's unit was broken into over the summer. The thief broke the lock and riffled through his belonging having enough time to pick a chose items to steal. Fortunately there wasn't much that was valuable except his ski equipment which was in a large locked travel case and too big not to be noticed. There were no video cameras in the hallway of his unit. I'm pregnant my husband got kicked out and we had a email saying they are open and now denied access to our unit and calling cops on us we highly don't recommend this place what so ever
