I have been a customer for nearly 15 years, and the manner in which Mr. Samuel assisted my brother and me—by demonstrating new unit options, advising on how to dispose of the items in my 5x5 unit, and going above and beyond by helping us at closing to secure our belongings—was truly outstanding.
