I had a great experience. The customer service was great! Christopher showed me around to see what lot would work best for my needs. I appreciated the help. I highly recommend this storage unit!
Chris is very helpful, both over the phone and in-person. I called their call center to get Saturday office hours and told them I'd be coming in a few minutes. When I arrived, Chris had my file ready. He made the whole transaction go smoothly. I'm glad I went with Stor-Alot and Chris is the person I have, and will be, interacting with if I need help.
