This storage facility is extremely overpriced for the dirty run-down units that they rent. Expect to be lured in by a lower monthly rate and then get hit with their insurance scam. They advertise as a secured facility, but the front gate hasn't closed for six months, but they increased the monthly rate (with no security). You can do better than this scam-based company anywhere else. Don't fall for this company's false advertising. Run as fast as you can from this place.

This is not a full-service Mini-Storage. you cannot sign up for a storage unit here. You must go to their location that is printed on the sign. But it's close to alachua. And it has plenty of safe off-street parking. And dozens and dozens of units.

Super nice! Very easy to access and clean. Branden was so kind and helpful; he went out to the unit with me to help with the lock and getting all set up.

Easy to deal with from the office to the storage facility. Always very clean & maintained. What one should expect from a Great Storage facility!
