They lied and told me my card was denied due to insufficient funds but the manager put thru 0. I tried to show proof she was lying and they called me a liar. Now my stuff will go to auction because I can’t pay if she puts thru 0 and lies. I emailed several times asking to speak to another manager since Emily lied to my face but only Emily kept harrassing me by calling. I think she is some kind of sadist and that they already sold my stuff and just want to steal more money. I’ve retained an attorney and will see what I can do... read more
Easy to reserve online. I spent a total of five minutes in the actual office getting setup. The climate controlled unit was clean and perfect. I'm super happy with the price, location, and setup.
