Pros: - great people who care (call center & front desk employees) - clean facilities Cons - premium price without the value - no on-site dumpster or recycling - poor / non-existent communication regarding facility changes Overall, upper management either does not care about customer experience or it is a foreign concept to them. I’m still not sure what they expect people to do with their stuff at move out when there is no on-site waste disposal or recycling. Seriously, just get a dumpster.

I have 2 sons attending OSU and live out of state. I reserved and used a unit last year to store their belongings over the summer. Great experience all around. This year not so much. I was told that I could not reserve a space this year because there were a lot of people that reserved last year but did not use the space. I offered to pay the full 4 months in advance to save the unit. I was told that I could not do that and I would have to start my rental that day over the phone if I wanted to guarantee the space. Asked what sizes they had and there response was, small, medium, and large., which doesn't help at all. They should know the deminsions but don't, so we left without buying anything.
