Don't think for one moment that this place is secure for your outdoor vehicles. Our home was parked in their lot while we travelled, and we learned that there is *nobody* on site protecting the place. Something the local thieves already knew, since they jumped the fence multiple times to completely destroy and loot our home. Stor-All of course took zero responsibility for the incident, and their contract protects them as such. Stay away. Stay far, far, away.

The customer service was great; always pleasant. I've been a customer since 2006 and nevery any problems with the unit or the staff.
