Numerous times my gate code does not work because I owed, which is my mistake. After paying my balance, the gate code still doesn't allow me access. I inform the call center who confirms my payment posted and the manager will call me within 30 minutes to get the gate situation resolved. I do not get a call back within the time frame they give me. I called several times over four weeks to get a dispute settled on my account, each time I was told that a manager would get back to me; they never did. Finally I gave in and paid the fee they said I owed, that was on 12/27 and I’m still waiting for them to remove the overlock they put on my unit. It’s been almost three weeks!

So far the Customer Service is STELLAR! (Moses 😎 & Rosa 🌹)To me, that makes or breaks the deal. Haven't moved in yet, but the process was easy as pie! Will update if the facility doesn't match up with the service.
