I called several times over four weeks to get a dispute settled on my account, each time I was told that a manager would get back to me; they never did. Finally I gave in and paid the fee they said I owed, that was on 12/27 and I’m still waiting for them to remove the overlock they put on my unit. It’s been almost three weeks!
So far the Customer Service is STELLAR! (Moses 😎 & Rosa 🌹)To me, that makes or breaks the deal. Haven't moved in yet, but the process was easy as pie! Will update if the facility doesn't match up with the service.
