Great storage facilities transparent with cost and fees and quick to resolve any questions or concerns.
This is the absolute worst storage facility I have ever used. I have multiple storage units that have never experienced anything like this place. Upon reserving online and paying for the month, it took me four weeks to get an access code to the gate not to mention numerous hours waiting on hold with people who knows where giving me codes that did not work. When I finally did get the code, it was already time to make a payment for another month and after multiple calls asking to talk to a manager, etc., etc. at the very end o... read more
The unit next to me is seeping blue gooey liquid into my unit. I spoke with someone yesterday who was helpful. I called back this morning and spoke with Cherry. She was very helpful, patient and understanding. She said the site manager would help me but I have not heard from him yet.
