Worst storage facility that I have encountered. Was a good facility back in the days of Stor-A-Way. Now totally corporate and you cannot talk to someone at the facility...all calls go to a customer service center where the staff does not appear to understand English well. They want control of your bank account as they do not want payment sent to them, only to take money from your bank account. Great storage facilities transparent with cost and fees and quick to resolve any questions or concerns.
This is the absolute worst storage facility I have ever used. I have multiple storage units that have never experienced anything like this place. Upon reserving online and paying for the month, it took me four weeks to get an access code to the gate not to mention numerous hours waiting on hold with people who knows where giving me codes that did not work.
