My husband and I reserved a storage unit and our move in date was supposed to be tomorrow. We went to go check out the unit today but there was absolutely nobody in the office. We tried calling too but no one picked up. I’m not sure if their office is closed because of Covid.. but even if it’s supposed to be “self-serve” the self-serve kiosk they have out front doesn’t even work (you can only see like half the screen). So, needless to say my husband and I weren’t too happy and ended up canceling the reservation.
