The staff were all professional and friendly.
The staff was amazing and very nice and polite but my total visit time with a previously scheduled appointment was 1 hour and 50 mins. I was told this was due to it being a virtual visit and there only being 1 computer, which I understand. Additionally, when scheduling an appointment it would be nice to know if the visit will be virtual or not that way you can make an informed decision prior to taking the time to drive to the location. These issues aside I will still frequent this location for my urgent care needs
Very nice staff
The receptionist MELISSA was NOT welcoming AT ALL. I felt like I was interrupting her when I was the one needing service. Her demeanor was ICE COLD! Her attitude sets the tone for the entire agency. On the other hand, the rest of the staff was exceptional. I would not recommend this facility to any of my family or friends. Hopefully you guys can allow MELISSA to attend trainings in customer service, she DEFINITELY need that and more!
