If you purchase equipment from these people; rest assured that that is all you get, whether the equipment is functional or not. The machine we purchased in good faith is still not working as it should after 9 months. Now, they simply will not return our calls for help. This review is being generated by a startup injection molding company. First off we have received nothing but terrible customer service and machines are definitely "as is" so be careful! Stopol was very gung-ho about selling us a used 2001 Nissei ES3000 injection molding machine. They said the machine would be in good shape, but it is to be purchased as-is with no returns or money back. We gambled and have been having nothing but trouble. Good seller & easy to work with.
Best way to describe Stopol is bait and switch, dishonest, never stand behind what they sell, thieves, scammers, and could care less once they receive the money. They sold Birch Plastics an injection molding machine that never worked. As soon as we received it we notified them and they said sorry all sales are final. If you want to give away money in exchange for something broken and doesn't work this is your place.
