I have been working with Tim Hansen for several machine purchases now, he was very accommodating and easy to work with. He has helped arrange Rigging and Shipment of my machines to make the process as seamless as possible. Tim even met me in Arkansas to inspect the machines I was planning to purchase. We will plan to use Stopol again in the future.
If you purchase equipment from these people; rest assured that that is all you get, whether the equipment is functional or not. The machine we purchased in good faith is still not working as it should after 9 months. Now, they simply will not return our calls for help. I did not want to write this review; however i feel that we have been taken advantage of and scammed out of our money. Maybe this will keep the same thing from happening to someone else. This review is being generated by a startup injection molding company. First off we have received nothing but terrible customer service and machines are definitely "as is" so be careful! Stopol was very gung-ho about selling us a used 2001 Nissei ES3000 injection molding machine. They said the machine would be in good shape, but it is to be purchased as-is with no returns or money back. We gambled and have been having nothing but trouble.
