If I could leave 0 stars I would. A friend gifted me with a gift card to this nail salon. I went yesterday and it was horrible. I got a pedicure. Water was cold, they didn’t paint my whole nail, didn’t shape them, I could go on. Then at checkout they refused to honor the gift card that was $50 total, then told me since they could find it in their system (which is a spiral notebook) they would only honor it for $25. Then asked me to pay $40 on top of that. Worst experience ever
I first want to StopBy Nails when the salon I used to go to overbooked their appointments. I was hesitant because I'm super particular about my nails. I'm SO glad I did!! They offer online appointments, so it's easy to make one last minute if necessary. They are fast, professional, and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. I personally choose to have Bob or Ada as my technician because they are very attentive to detail. I absolutely love Christy Noi!!!! She is the best nail tech and such a wonderful person!!! She always makes me feel special and does a fabulous job always giving me my glitter nails and amazing pedicure !!!! Couldn’t recommend her more 😊
I had the worse pedicure I have ever had. I girl was PO’d because I didn’t want gel. I just wanted a quick pedicure. The girl left me two different times and started working on women. So, she had 3 different people going at the same time. I’ve never ever had that happen. It was not relaxing at all. The paint job was shitty, actually I had the polish chip within 24 hours. Don’t waste your money, with all the nail salons in Spring Hill pick another place.
I made an appointment to get my nails done at noon. I have not had a manicure appointment in a long time and was really looking forward to it. I walked in a little before 12:00 pm and was told my appointment had been changed to 1:00. They had gotten busy with walk-ins and told me that they had texted me and emailed me to inform me of the change. I received no text and no email.
