Very rude and unprofessional staff. The manager Dana is terrible. I asked a simple question that led to him being agitated. He hung up on me after I asked for his info. I understand that many people are dealing with mental health issues. However, if it’s gotten to the point where a manager is aggressive and just can’t deal with being front facing, just pivot career. Literally the rudest staff I have ever encountered in my life.. I keep seeing the pharmacy "owner" replying that customer service is so important to them.. that is definitely not true .. I'm not kidding; I've had ONLY horrible customer service at this place for years.. never ever a good experience:
Thank God for the young ladies of the pharmacy, always nice when they call you by name. It seems as if they are always happy to see me. Thank you all.
