All delivery drivers, do not follow the instructions on the app to park at a pickup spot and call the number. You’ll just waste precious time having to repark and go into the store anyway. Stop & Shop really needs to standardize their operating procedures across all locations before universally telling all the delivery drivers to do something.
Got overcharged for tomatoes-on-the-vine. this is a decent store with good prices on some things. But invariably i get overcharged for something every visit. Since stores don't give you items for free anymore when they get caught overcharging it's really not worth the hassle to go up to customer service for $0.99 or whatever. i guess the solution is to use the self checkout which this store is pushing anyway.
