Outstanding customer service. When life threw me a curve ball, this facilities team went above and beyond what they needed to in order to make sure I was taken care of.
Met Jennifer this morning and she is AMAZING!! She immediately made me feel comfortable and is well versed in what size unit I will need to fit my needs. I have not rented the unit yet, but wanted to get information to prepare for my future move. Even though I wasn't renting today, she still took the time to show me units and explained when the best time to sign a rental agreement would be to save me money and meet my timeline.
