They let anyone cut your lock and steal from your storage unit and don’t even call you to let you know and continue charging rent for another year knowing that you have nothing left in your unit. Please do not make business with these awful awful people. And to add insult to injury they argue with you and blame you for them not protecting your property while paying them.
