(Reply to my first review) That is exactly what happened you had an opportunity to build a relationship with a new customer. You also had the opportunity to show your staff how much you appreciate them. Instead you wanted to be greedy and selfish. Your own employees looked at me and was appalled after you did that. For those looking at tire shops. Beware they only care about money. What’s more is they sold me “NEW” tire which aren’t even actually new. They would be what you call “Like New”. Took care of my tire quickly. Could have used the opportunity to upsell me or try to do something extra; but they actually told me it wasn’t necessary. Found my shop in the Buford area.
In a recent monsoon I hit a curb and blew out my tire and bent the control arm. In just a couple hours they had new tires and fixed the alignment. They gave really good recommendations on the control arm repair. Very thankful for the good folks at JP tire shop.
