Horrible customer service. I waited for several minutes while one person helped a customer. Two other people were behind the counter- a lady on the phone and a man sitting and looking around. When the lady FINALLY decided to get off the phone, she ignored me and helped someone who had just walked up. Not one of the 3 people working there ever acknowledged me. So I left and took my business with me.

Stop & Fix brought my vintage jewelry back to life. The repair was so precise it’s hard to tell it was ever damaged. Their craftsmanship and care for detail truly impressed me.

Went it asking to re-size my 11 gold ring to 11 1/2, the lady advised me I should re-size to 11 3/4 and if I did not like the sizing I could come back and have it re-sized at no cost. I come back in hand them over my ring and they wait 40 minutes and once they started working on my ring to call & tell me it’s going to cost extra. I never agreed to that. After an exhausting search for someone to repair my glasses (the best quote received was 3 weeks to fix for $95), I came across Stop & Fix in Westfield Mall. They looked at my glasses and told me they could recreate the missing piece and would have it fixed in an hour and a half. It came out beautiful and for only $40. Great old-fashioned craftsman at work! 5 stars! Also, very nice people!
