I bought a stainless steel watch band for my watch and I couldn’t get it to fit right, they adjusted mine perfectly before trying to upsell me on anything, super grateful!!!!
Good value for money.
Horrible customer service. I waited for several minutes while one person helped a customer. Two other people were behind the counter- a lady on the phone and a man sitting and looking around. When the lady FINALLY decided to get off the phone, she ignored me and helped someone who had just walked up. Not one of the 3 people working there ever acknowledged me. So I left and took my business with me.

Stop & Fix brought my vintage jewelry back to life. The repair was so precise it’s hard to tell it was ever damaged. Their craftsmanship and care for detail truly impressed me.
