Charged me 50$ for my chain to be fixed at the same spot they “fixed” before when Chris was working there business was good I would bring 4-6 watches a month to be fixed but lately this place has become trash on how you treat loyal customers and the two guys who knew who I was said Nuthing I’ve brung business not just myself but others but all of that will stop
They're supposed to be here to fix your jewelry Not break it more . I left a watch since the band snapped with no other damage to the other side I pick up my watch trusted them seen what was fixed and went on with my day since I had a busy schedule turns out they dropped my watch and damaged half a link from the other side they didn't want to take accountability stating that I'm lying saying it was already there if it was there I would have told them to fix that side aswell .
