A few weeks ago, I got an awful haircut from Sonia. It was uneven and she didn’t use scissors. Nothing like what I asked for and I had an example picture and another barber translated. I ended up shaving my head. I came back yesterday and refused to be matched to her. She seemed upset by that. I got another barber whose seat was next to hers. He did a great job, listened to me, used my reference pic— so I’m giving 2 stars overall.
