Sadly id come here all the time but due to the disrespect and experiences my friends have had, and me. Enough is enough. We decided to try a different place where they treat us way better and give good service. I used to enjoy going to Cindy, but after she was late to my appointments not once, but twice, I finally had to say something. Today, I arrived on time for my appointment and she already had another client in her chair. She told me to sit down, so I waited. After 15 minutes, I politely asked if she was almost done and was met with attitude instead of an apology. Very saddened with my experience today- I am a returning client due to length of time their nails last. Today I went in as soon as they opened, as I know there is always a wait time if you come in without appointment. I got there at 9:20 and left at 12:20 to be exact for my pedicure and full set!! I am very understanding that people with appointments are priority - but there’s no way the 7+ people that came in after me had appointments.
