I'm an Owner/Operator with 2 trucks. Andrew (the 2nd shift foreman) handled my repairs and concerns with pricing as if I'm a company with 100 trucks. My truck was in for 2 major repairs and 3 minor repairs. Fixed within a week and after 2k miles this week without any problems, I leave this review with confidence the repairs will hold. My thanks to the entire staff at Stoops and the mechanics (I've never met) who fixed my truck. Great work everyone!!!
Highly recommend! After trucking for more than 33 years, this place is a blast from the past when people really cared about their service and customer satisfaction. On 2/21/25 about 3 hours before this facility closed, Gary my husband, had a tensioner pully fail on his truck. Thank God he was near this wonderful place. With the guidance of the advisor (Dean), he was told to drive right in to their drive through bay, because he could not unhook. Do not go here!!!! We have a Freightliner Cascadia and we indicated to them to check the harness for the neutral safety switch the service writer indicated that after 24hrs they indicated it would need to communicate with Detroit to figure out the problem which we thought was strange? After two days and a total of 1500.00 and hotel stay we decided to chance driving it PAZ truck shop in Lansing I’ll were it tool 6.5 hrs to fix the wiring as we stated with the Dealer for 659.00.
